My food was ready faster than I thought, which was a nice surprise! The pickup line was kind of messy though... not the smoothest setup. Still, it worked out okay overall, especially if you’re in a rush.

I really like Pollo Regio because there’s way more on the menu than just chicken!! The grilled chicken is always good, but I can also grab tacos, burritos, nachos, sides, and even food for the kids. It makes ordering so much easier when everyone in my family wants something different. The website was simple to use too, so that was a plus. Definitely 5 stars for variety!!

Got my order and everything was exactly right!! No missing items, no mix-ups, just a super easy experience. Simple and hassle-free, which is all I needed. I’d definitely order again!

The portions were huge. I was already worn out and not really in the mood for a whole back-and-forth service experience, so it was nice to just get my food and have it be more than enough.

I ordered from polloregio because it seemed convenient, and the food was fine overall. Not bad or anything, but the portions felt a little small for what I ended up paying. With the extra fees added on, it just didn't feel like much of a deal. Not sure how to explain it, but nothing really stood out enough to make the price feel worth it. Maybe I just caught them on an average day, but the value wasn't great for me. I'd probably only order again if there was a discount.

This reminded me of the pollo I’ve had in northern Mexico, like, not fancy, just that real grilled chicken flavor that sticks in your head. I took a bite and immediately thought of little roadside spots, paper plates, salsa on the side… anyway, yeah, it tastes authentic to me.

The food was decent, but the spice options were kind of disappointing. I ordered mine hot and it was barely spicy, while my friend got mild and said it tasted almost the same. Not sure how to explain it, but the levels just didn’t seem to mean much. I wish they were clearer about the spice or actually made the hot option hot

Stopped in for lunch and it pretty much met what I expect from a quick, casual place: clean, fast, and easy. The tables and floor looked well kept, and even the bathroom was decent, which I always pay attention to. My food came out quickly, and overall it felt like a reliable spot for a simple lunch.

I’ll give them credit, the loyalty points are actually useful and I was able to get free chicken quickly. The only thing is the app/process could be a little smoother because it’s not always super clear at first. Still, I was happy with how fast the reward showed up, and free chicken is always a win

Ordering was as easy as I hoped it would be. I ordered from polloregio.com, the salsas and condiments kind of stole the show. The food was good too, obviously, but the salsa lineup actually felt like someone put a little thought into it for once instead of just tossing in the usual bland red sauce and calling it a day.

The green salsa was my favorite, really fresh with just the right amount of heat, and the little extras made the whole meal better. It’s such a simple thing, but apparently not every place understands that. I’d definitely order again...

We grabbed Pollo Regio for a quick family dinner, it did exactly what we needed. I was ordering in a rush, kids talking over each other, the usual chaos, but the site was easy enough to get through without making it a whole thing.

I like Pollo Regio and the food has usually been solid when I go, but the hours can be a little hard to rely on. I work late sometimes, and I’ve shown up thinking I could grab dinner only to find out they were already closed, so now I try not to make the trip unless I’m sure they’re open.

It would help a lot if the website made the hours clearer, especially on weekends. I don’t think it’s a bad spot at all, I just wish it was easier to plan around so I don’t waste time driving over when I could’ve gone somewhere else.

The food was fine, no big complaints there. But the chairs were not great. After sitting for a while, they started to get uncomfortable, and I was definitely ready to get up by the end

I’ve been here a few times now and the food is always good. Like, it tastes the same every visit, which I really appreciate. Nothing weird or different from one time to the next, just consistently tasty. Also, it’s nice knowing what to expect when you go back somewhere.
